Classic Truck Collision Center is a 3 generation family owned and operated business!

Noris & Kathy Burgener created Classic Auto Body in 1968 in their very own 2 car garage. Throughout the many years, the business evolved into not only a thriving Auto Body Shop, but eventually a Fleet Repair Shop and a Towing Company. In 1972, the business was renamed into Classic Truck and Auto Body. After just over 40 years, in 2009, the company was split so Noris could officially “retire”. Classic Auto Collision was sold to his eldest daughter and her husband, Brent & HevenLee Hoopes and the Commercial Truck side was sold to Dennis Christensen and became Classic Truck Collision Center. Kathy passed away May of 2016 and even though he was officially retired, Noris continued to run Classic Towing until 2017, when he passed away.

In 2014, Classic Truck Collision Center moved to an available lot behind the original shop. The ultimate goal was to make expanding a possibility for both truck and car shops. Dennis’s vision was to have a truck shop that could easily hold whatever he needed it to, from body work to paint to sandblasting. The 76’ paint booth was a true dream come true. Shortly after, he built the 60’ sandblast booth. Unfortunately in 2017, Dennis’s wife Penny became very ill and due to her rapidly declining health, Dennis decided he needed to be able to care for her. He decided to bring in his oldest son Jory Christensen (Noris’s grandson), who was currently working at Classic Auto, to help run the Truck shop. Sadly, Penny past away in June of 2018.

October of 2018, Dennis officially retired and is enjoying spending his time doing all of the things he loves. Jory has since taken over this portion of the family legacy and is determined to continue to provide the respect and support that his late grandfather and father once gave to this great community.

Much like his Grandfather and father, Jory has an eye for detail and strives to make sure that everything is just right!

Our mission is to treat each and every customer as part of our family!
